What follows is only a theory.
Law enforcement has not established a link to the disappearances and drowning deaths of these young men.
However we feel there is the possibility that the deaths of possibly 19 young men is related. Could they possibly be the work of a Serial killer.
Not all are pictured here, however information will be provided on each.

Recently Two retired NYC detectives revealed how they feel the cases of 40 young college males are connected.
Evidence found reveals a smiley face drawing connects these cases.
We have always believed these men and many more were the victims of a serial killer or killers.
We are thankful that someone has now taken notice and perhaps these cases will be solved.
They are now being called the "Smiley Face Murders"
